Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association seeks a visionary and dynamic leader to guide the organization into a future of expanded impact and growth. The next President/CEO will collaborate closely with the Board of Directors, staff, members, and community partners to advance the organization’s mission, broaden its influence, and ensure long-term sustainability.

The President/CEO will be responsible for leading the vision and executing it as a Hospitality Enthusiast for the industry by making a positive impact, while redefining how the hospitality industry engages with the community.

Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association is on a quest to continue the growth of a strong organization that enhances the quality of our hospitality and travel & tourism industry. The President/CEO will oversee the strategic and operational efficiencies of our programs. This seasoned leader will not only understand current trends in the hospitality industry but will also have experience in developing and implementing a successful blueprint. Experience managing established relationships with state and local government & community groups is necessary. The

President /CEO should be highly effective in a leadership role that requires clear communication skills and decisiveness as well as excellent presentation skills.
